Cancellation Policy:
- Free Cancellation: Applicable on cancelling the reservation 15 days prior to reservation's check-in time. 100% credit note only given to be used before a set period of time.
- Partially refundable cancellation: Applicable on cancelling the reservation between 3- 14 days prior to reservation's check-in time. Cancellation charges of 20% and Credit note of 80% will be issued.
- Non-refundable Cancellation: Applicable on cancelling the reservation 3 days prior to reservation's check-in time.
Check-in and Check-out:

Our standard check-in and check-out times are outlined on the website. Requests for early check-ins or late check-outs will be considered based on availability and may require additional fees.
- Valid Identification
Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. In line with government regulations, access to rooms is restricted to registered guests only.
- Identity Document Policy
Reception staff are not permitted to hold onto or store any guest identification documents.
Facility Usage Guidelines:
- We kindly ask all guests to enjoy the resort amenities with care and consideration.
- Any damage to property or inappropriate use of facilities may lead to additional charges.
- The resort reserves the right to restrict access or take appropriate action against guests who breach these guidelines or disrupt the comfort of others.
- Excessive noise that affects the comfort of other guests is strictly discouraged. Resort staff may step in if necessary.
- Moving or rearranging furniture or resort equipment between rooms is not permitted.
- Swimming Pool Timings:The swimming pool is available for guest use from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We kindly request guests to use the pool only during these designated hours.
Prohibited Items and Activities:
To ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests, the following are strictly prohibited on resort premises:
- Pets are not permitted.
- Strong-smelling food or items such as seafood, durian, jackfruit, or mangosteen are not allowed.
- Weapons, explosives, flammable materials, toxic substances, and illegal drugs are strictly forbidden.
- Activities such as gambling, solicitation, prostitution, or any other illegal conduct are not tolerated under any circumstances.

While we aim to offer a secure and pleasant experience at Global Village Luxury Resort, please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your visit. We advise you to take care of your belongings and promptly inform our team of any concerns.
